Margaret Thompson is a 75 year old woman who has had right hip pain for many years. After a long wait she underwent a total hip replacement 3 weeks ago. After spending just under 2 weeks in hospital she was discharged home. She is presenting today to physiotherapy outpatients for a review appointment.
